Sepideh received her PhD in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, in 2018.
Sepideh is interested in how individuals, especially employees, become entrepreneurs. Her research examines the institutions that keep employees working for their parent companies and those that allow them to branch out on their own with independent spinout ventures.
