Cast your vote in Laurier's Intranet-naming survey
Communications, Public Affairs & Marketing
The first phase of Laurier’s Intranet will launch on May 1. Because the Intranet is designed for staff and faculty, we’d like you to help choose a name!
The following vision statement for the Intranet captures its core purpose:
“Built on reliable information and clear ownership, the Intranet is an integral, secure resource for Laurier employees that will allow us to collaborate with purpose, work with efficiency, and engage with our community.”
Four name options that align with this vision have emerged based on ongoing planning and consultation – cast your vote for your favourite by 4:30 p.m. on April 13 and have your name entered into a draw for a prize draw.
Log into our new Intranet on May 1 to find out the winning name.
Don’t forget! As of May 1, information from Human Resources, Information Communication Technologies and External Relations (University Community Relations, Communications, Public Affairs and Marketing) will be found on the Intranet, and will no longer be housed on legacy.wlu.ca. The remaining faculties and departments will move their content between May 1 and Oct. 31 according to the migration schedule, which will be made available as soon as it is confirmed.
Details on the Intranet and project FAQs can be found on the website renewal page.
